From the young to the young at heart, individuals to families—the response to EverBe’s Pathway Poetry contest generated 78 novel poems from talented poets in Orlando and as far away as Texas. Each one generated a smile as the new home construction team behind EverBe read through entrants’ clever, enchanting, and sometimes funny words.
After poems were verified against the contest rules and the top 20 were selected by the EverBe project team, the public was asked to weigh in and cast their votes to help Pulte Homes determine the final winners.

Each winner is receiving a prize pack that features gifts and gift cards to curated local experiences at destinations close to EverBe, including:
Winning poems will be installed around the pathways at EverBe, which will meander throughout the community, connecting residents to trails, nature preserves, water features, and the resort-style pool and fitness center.
When the sale of new construction homes in southeast Orlando begins this summer, four of the winning poems will be installed around phase one’s pathways. The remaining winning poems will be installed in the next phases of EverBe.
New Construction Home Sales Process for VIPs Begins July 2023
Those interested in buying a new home at EverBe can begin their homebuying journey in July when an information session will be hosted to learn more. Prospective homebuyers are encouraged to become VIPs to receive all of the details. (If you have not already registered, become a VIP now.) The first home closings are expected in early 2024.
Real estate agents are also encouraged to become VIPs.
