On Saturday, February 24, new homebuyers and future neighbors gathered to celebrate the highly anticipated grand opening of EverBe, Orlando’s newest master-planned neighborhood.
Guests enjoyed a family-friendly day of celebration, exploration, and fun, designed to provide an inspired and immersive experience. Future homebuyers experienced what life will look like at EverBe.
Prospective EverBe homeowners began their picture-perfect day with a glimpse into the future of their new dream homes. Friendly sales associates from EverBe home builder, Pulte, were on hand. Guests were invited to enjoy self-paced tours of the expansive new model home park and design center, featuring beautiful home designs that celebrate a Florida lifestyle. Thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces were also explored, including EverBe’s visionary system of linear parks woven throughout the master-planned community.
While homebuyers explored nine innovative model homes featuring life-tested interiors with energy-efficient features, their kiddos embarked on adventures of their own (and burned off a little energy) with an interactive scavenger hunt designed just for them. Little adventurers sought 10 items hidden in the various model homes and received a special prize to commemorate their family’s journey at EverBe: a custom-designed coloring book of the community. The coloring book includes unique illustrations of EverBe’s amenities and community features, nature, and nearby attractions.
Future neighbors also tapped into their own creativity, at the grand opening of EverBe, by participating in a community sidewalk art project along EverBe’s meandering pathways. There they were invited to connect with future neighbors by “chalking up” their hopes and dreams on a large “BE wall.”
As they lingered with new-found friends and future community members, guests grooved to music with a live DJ and dined and sipped on complimentary culinary delights from local food truck vendors. And, as a special memento of the celebration, impromptu family portraits were captured by an onsite event photographer.
