Community Creativity Inspired by Resort-Style Living
When we launched our naming contest this spring for the Phase 1 amenity center and the main amenity center, we knew that engaging the EverBe community would be the start of something special. The ideas we received were creative, thoughtful, and full of community spirit. And the number of responses was way beyond our expectations! Though it was difficult to choose just two names from the nearly 500 suggestions, we are thrilled to announce the winning names for the resort-style amenities that will define these community destinations for generations to come.
Introducing BeSocial Club: Already Making a Splash
This winning entry for the Phase 1 amenity center was submitted by Salma E. She and her husband, Seif, were early EverBe enthusiasts who toured the models when they first opened last year. They fell in love with the Coral home design and closed on their home this May. “I was super excited when I heard about the name contest. I wanted to come up with a name that reflects what EverBe is about and how neighbors can come together and get to know each other and have fun,” Salma explained. The couple, along with their dog, Bruno, enjoy walks through the community and look forward to expanding their family.
BeSocial Club couldn’t be a more fitting name for this space. Salma and Seif were among the 700+ happy neighbors and guests who attended the grand opening celebration of this eagerly awaited amenity center this past May. The event was a splashing success! As people gathered in and around the zero-entry pool, they got to enjoy a DJ and dancing, games, food trucks, themed treats and drinks, take-home mementos, and of course, a day’s worth of sun-kissed memories. The BeSocial Club proved to be exactly what its new name promises—a community centerpiece where neighbors and new friends can gather, play, and enjoy a slice of summer vacation year-round.
The BEacon: Guiding Residents to Recreation, Relaxation, and Reconnection
It’s often said that great minds think alike. We received not one, not two, but three submissions for “The Beacon” as the name of the main amenity center, and we couldn’t agree more with their suggestion. The vacation-inspired lifestyle at EverBe is like a beacon that guides people home, fostering a sense of belonging, bringing neighbors together, and serving as a community destination within the heart of EverBe.

Andrea B. will soon be joining her mother and sister, who are both purchasing townhomes at EverBe. She shared that the name has a personal connection, “My mom has always been our beacon, the joy of our lives. She always brings everything together.” The name became even more meaningful when Andrea discovered her family’s street would be Glowing Beacon Drive, and said, “Oh, this is perfect.”
Genesis G. moved into her bungalow after falling in love with EverBe during her daily commute. “Every day I would drive past and see the sunset and sunrise over the big EverBe sign,” she recalled. For Genesis, the linear parks were more than she had hoped for—beautiful and safe spaces where her cousins can run around and play when they visit. She envisions the amenity center as “the beacon of the community … the main light, the focal point where we can all just hang out and spend time together.”
Zoraidin N. and her husband, Kenneth, moved from Chicago to Orlando for a job opportunity, purchasing their Willow View Street home in January. They’ve embraced community life at EverBe with a full calendar of events and neighborhood gatherings. For Zoraidin, the idea of a beacon fits this space as “a symbol of guidance and warmth … a place that brings people together” as she builds friendships with her new neighbors.
The BEacon, an expansive waterside amenity center, will feature a resort-style pool with lap lanes, splash pad, and the Barefoot Bar with swimming pool and waterfront views. There will also be a pickleball party pavilion, an expansive fitness center, event stage, indoor/outdoor play zones, a dedicated food truck alley, coffee lounge, and much more.
Community Voice Meets Visionary Design
These names didn’t originate in a boardroom. They emerged from the hearts and minds of our residents. BeSocial Club and The BEacon reflect the vision for this extraordinary place. The names capture the authentic quality of life—the connections between neighbors, new friends, and the team of people who are helping them call EverBe home.
In fact, BeSocial Club is already bringing the community together with recreational activities that include a zero-entry pool, fitness center, outdoor lounges, and waterfront playground—places where neighbors gather for friendship and fun. The BEacon is in the development phase and will soon rise as the stunning lakeside centerpiece that invites the community to BE entertained, BE connected, BE active, and BE playful.
